LET’S GET STARTED !! Once you have completed your FREE 50 minute consultation the journey begins ! Over the course of 12 sessions, we will go over the ins and outs of your primary foods to connect them to your secondary foods. We will meet twice a month for 50 minutes to completely understand food choices from a different perspective.
